SSF Wildflowers & Grasses Chine Colle 

I have 2 of these prints each one is original print with Chine Collé

Chine Collé (pronounced roughly “sheen koh-lay”). It’s a printmaking technique where a thin piece of paper is glued to a heavier backing sheet as the image is printed. The printing press transfers the ink and bonds the two papers in one pass.

Artists use it to add a different colour or texture behind part of the image, or to print delicate detail onto a paper that would be too fragile to use on its own.

Mount: Standard 10 inches × 10 inches

Printed on white Snowdon paper (130 gsm) using archival ink. As I mix my own colours by hand, your print may vary slightly in tone and impression — a beautiful reminder that this is a genuinely handmade original.

Packaged carefully in recyclable materials so it arrives safely and ready to gift or frame.
